This sculpture has its own history.
First of all, < br>je am inspired to me by the painting of Geo (Jean-Jules Geoffroy) < i>"les verriers" presented at the La Rochelle Fine Art Museum.
I carried out this sculpture within the framework of an exhibition.
An intervention of contemporary art entitled "In situ", created according to works of the permanent collection of the museum.
My sculpture introduced, in volume, the two characters of the foreground of the table.
One upright, the glass-blower, the other, squatted, the apprentice.

Front, I did not like the distance between the characters, the workman and his apprentice. They really did not communicate. For each one, its task. In the table of Geo either. But its painting gives an account of a human heat which I had not known to retranscribe. Now that the man sat down, its glance is posed on the teenager.
