Bruce Krebs presents and comments on the creation of one of his sculptures entitled:



The breaker
a bronze by Bruce Krebs.



A little boat in origami
is taken away by an enormous wave
which springs from a frame.


This child's little boat cannot give us the scale of the wave.

What delighted me, it is this "enormous-small" wave.


I chose a rectangular frame because a circle would have been able to evoke a porthole (too "marine").

Frame Height: 19.5 cm, length of the frame: 16.5 cm, height of the wave: 18.5 cm.
